A 15 minute Pre-Mediation Consultation is free and conducted over the telephone.
The Mediation People’s fees are effective from April 2018
A deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
Outstanding balances must be paid for before the meeting commences.
Our method of payments are electronic bank transfer, debit and credit card or cash.
If you wish to cancel your meeting, we require 48 hours’ notice.
In exceptional circumstances we may be required to cancel your meeting if this is the case we will endeavour to give you at least 48 hours’ notice. All monies will be retuned, or meetings re-booked.
Both parties will be required to sign an Agreement to Mediate form at the beginning of a Joint Meeting.
In financial mediation all clients must agree to fully disclose their financial situation along with full supporting evidence. Clients will be wholly responsible for their disclosure. This information is required for your Memorandum of Understanding and the Open Financial Statement.
