Although it is a voluntary system, mediation is a confidential method of bringing together two or more parties in a calm, safe and relaxed environment, to enable you to reach a lasting solution to your unique situation and is supported by the Family Division of the High Court. Family mediation aims to resolve a variety of family disputes including relationship breakdowns, inheritance and childcare.
Following your free initial telephone conversation with a member of our team, we will organise a face to face meeting to further understand and discuss your issue. Our professional mediators are fully trained and work with you throughout the process to ensure that you reach an amicable decision swiftly and preserve relationships.
Online Mediation
If you are unable to meet face to face, at the Mediation People, we are pleased to be able to offer your initial Meeting Information Assessment Meeting (MIAM) meeting using Facetime, WhatsApp video or Skype.
